Our handcrafted cheese knife, the perfect companion for any cheeseboard. A serrated stainless steel blade that glides cleanly through soft and hard cheeses alike, paired with a beautifully turned wooden handle made right here in New Zealand.

The handle has been crafted from locally salvaged wood which would otherwise become waste and go to landfill. Each handle is completely unique - carrying with it the history and character of its past life. No two are ever the same.

Simple to care for - hand wash only, keep out of the dishwasher, and oil the handle regularly to keep the wood in top condition.

CARING FOR YOUR BESPOKE PETE & CO PRODUCT. 

All PETE & CO products are made in Aotearoa from reclaimed wood. We want you to enjoy your item for many years to come so please follow our care instructions.

  • Do not soak.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher.
  • Wash by hand if needed or simply wipe with a damp cloth. 
  • To condition use Duzz-All bees wax or Pure Tung Oil from The Natural Paint Co. 
  • If cuts and scratches occur gently sand back and re polish again.

Only the greatest multi use washing line ever!

I had been eyeing up one of these for years now and after receiving it, I am so glad I made the purchase. We use ours daily. Great tape dispenser, heavy enough that it hardly moves when using. I have eco paper tape that is fairly thick and it serrated/cut it off really well. Cool industrial look too!
