Hachiman Super Buckets are more than just a bucket.
These wondrous vessels have a multitude of uses. For us they are the perfect compost bin (big + sturdy) and they are why we decided to stock a plastic product. They are sturdy and longer lasting than other compost bins - and look fabulous whilst doing it.
Made in Japan of high grade polypropylene, in fact they are so enduring and hard wearing that Hachiman have been awarded a Long Life Design Award for their longevity. You won’t be filling the landfill with these beauties in a few years’ time because they really are made to last the distance. Fully colourfast, they will not fade in direct sunlight or become brittle after exposure to the elements.
Hachiman buckets have a weight endurance of 150kgs when standing/sitting on the lid along with a temperature tolerance of -20 degrees to 120 degrees.
