Goodlife - Sprouting Kits

$22.00 - $25.00

Enjoy the ease of growing a variety of spouts in your own kitchen.

The GoodLife Sprout kits come with a unique stainless steel mesh lid that drains excess water so the seeds don't go soggy before they finished germination.

Sprouts are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, offering benefits such as improved digestion, stronger immunity, enhanced heart health, and better blood sugar control. The sprouting process makes nutrients more digestible and boosts levels of antioxidants and enzymes.

The kit comes with:
1 x GoodLife Glass Jar
1 x GoodLife white reusable Sprouting Lid with stainless steel mesh
1 x Complementary starter envelope of Organic Sprouting Seeds
Instruction leaflet on how to grow your sprouts

500ml or 1L kits available

More information can be found in the tabs below.
More Information

Pop your seeds in the jar, screw on your mesh lid, fill jar halfway with water and leave your seeds to soak for a few hours (follow your instruction guide in the kit) this activates the seeds. Empty the water from the jar through the lid and give the seeds a really good rinse a couple of times in the jar, shaking as you go. Stand upside down to drain. Each day rinse with fresh cold water twice a day am and pm, then just flip your jar, give it a good shake to move the sprouts around and get out the majority of the water, stand it upside down on your kitchen bench and walk away leaving it to free-drain and grow. So simple. In approximately 5 days you will have a beautiful jar full of sprouted goodness ready to feed your family.

Love it!

Love this - it is working well. But only 4 out of 5 stars because the mung beans the kit came with refused to sprout. But it's going well with the seeds I purchased separately.

Yay

Easy sprouting. I got two small jars and they're working really well at keeping a rotation of fresh sprouts on the go.

This was bought as a gift and it looks like just what I wanted, love that it is glass as well, not plastic bottle and since this is a kit ready to start is really great. Happy with my purchase and hope the recipient will be too.

Wooden lemon squeezed.

A valued addition to our growing wooden kitchen utensils. The squeezer is the perfect size, great dark colour & much easier to use compared it's plastic predecessor.

The moment u saw it, it felt like something that

The moment I saw it, it felt like something that would be passed down through the family. I adore it. It is very large, which is perfect for a full load of washing.

A genuine reusable mug

It was very good to find a re-usable mug that was entirely eco-friendly - even the lid! The capacity, at 250ml, was just what I wanted, and the colour I found to be attractive. For a multi-use mug, it was reasonably priced.
In short, I am very happy with it.

I purchased the large

I purchased the large. It has a wide base. I've used it to carry my farmers market goodies and intend to use it when I hit the beach. When not in use, it adorns my kitchen corner. Too beautiful to put in a cupboard!

Beautiful

Wooden peg rack is exactly what I wanted. Suits perfectly to my little pilates studio’s entrance area complementing to a wooden bench. Was worth the long wait.
