GOODLIFE | SPICY SPROUTING MIX

Pop your seeds in the jar, screw on your mesh lid, fill jar halfway with water and leave your seeds to soak for a few hours (follow your instruction guide in the kit) this activates the seeds. Empty the water from the jar through the lid and give the seeds a really good rinse a couple of times in the jar, shaking as you go. Stand upside down to drain. Each day rinse with fresh cold water twice a day am and pm, then just flip your jar, give it a good shake to move the sprouts around and get out the majority of the water, stand it upside down on your kitchen bench and walk away leaving it to free-drain and grow. So simple. In approximately 5 days you will have a beautiful jar full of sprouted goodness ready to feed your family.
