An Italian style pin for for expertly rolling large, thin sheets of fresh pasta dough like lasagna or tagliatelle. These pins allow full arm motion and even pressure distribution, essential for creating airy, authentic pasta. 

Made from locally salvaged wood, which would otherwise become building waste and go to landfill, these pins have been given a beautiful new life.

Crafted by hand, each carefully selected piece of timber is cut to size, lathed into shape, sanded by hand and then polished with Duzz All Beeswax.

All PETE & CO products are made in Aotearoa from reclaimed wood. We want you to enjoy your item for many years to come so please follow our care instructions.

  • Do not soak.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher.
  • Wash by hand if needed or simply wipe with a damp cloth. 
  • To condition use Duzz-All bees wax or Pure Tung Oil from The Natural Paint Co. 
  • If cuts and scratches occur gently sand back and re polish again.

Every pin has been handcrafted so each is unique. Measurements are all approximate and may differ slightly from pin to pin. Simply oil or wax regularly and these beautiful rolling pins will live on for many generations to come.
