The Forksta is for the gardeners who are done with throwaway tools. Owning a Forksta marks the shift from making do with whatever is in the shed, to having tools that give you purpose in the garden. The Forksta Original is perfect for aerating soil, loosening compacted ground, and digging up root crops or hardier shrubs.

Our Forksta is built with sharp, tapered tines that glide deep into the ground and gently lift creating air and water pathways while leaving the soil’s living structure intact. No flipping. Just opening it up to breathe. Soil is our number one priority in the garden and soil needs oxygen. When soil is compacted it loses the air pockets that allow a lot of the underground magic to happen. You can read more about why we aerate the soil here.

Even in no-dig gardens, once beds are established, a Forksta is a great way to aerate soil and help with compaction as there is minimal soil disturbance.

Size

350mm wide with five 330mm tines.

Two handle heights available, we recommend 950mm handle for anyone over 1800mm tall.

Weight: 3.7kg – light enough for regular use, durable enough for tough jobs.

Care Instructions

Clean after use and dry thoroughly.
Store your Forksta in a dry, sheltered area, avoid leaving it out in damp environments for extended periods.
